Default Slow Slow Grid with Json

I receive json with 10 000 - 20 000 records..and i wait a lot of time while grid show me that records, may be i do something wrong, i try to use paging, but when i understood how it's work i prefered don't use it, my users must have ability 2 print all data, not 100 or 1000 records by one time

Please tell me what the problem, i think it;s not so hard 2 render 10 000 records

I don't understand why users would want to be bombarded with that much data. It's really wasteful for both the front *and* back end to shuttle that around. Try using the "Buffered grid view" in the examples.

Being able to print "all records" is not predicated by displaying "all records". Just requires more work on the developer's part (pass the query around, with the limit clause for pagination, without the limit clause for printing, in a session of some sort).

Or like Jay says, change the way user's view the app.

I think his English is just not great and by "print" he meant "render".

Did you execute the sql query in the server? How long it takes?
