Thread: Plug ins

    Default Plug ins

This is probably a stupid question, but to use a plug in, should I just download or copy the JS file? I've checked the faq but there isn't any instructions regarding plugins, it just shows demos and stuff..

See I want to use the Ext.ux.grid.RowEditor plug in but isn't recognized, so i figured I had to download something to make it work?

    thanks,
    Emily

    Emily,

The javascript needs to be loaded in memory before you use a plugin.

Check http://extjs.com/blog for an excellent article written by Animal (Nigel) on plugins.

Wow those sites really helped, I've had the plug-ins all along in the examples folder, all I had to do was reference them

    Thanks!
