    Default TextArea ScrollBars

    The preventScrollbars config for Ext.form.TextArea is not applying on IE7 and FF3.5.

    Has anyone got this working?

    In IE7 the scrollbars are always present but grayed out in FF3.5 they only show when enough text has been entered. Anyone find a way to make this consistent??

    Thanks,
    Valter

    Default Style

    Found a solution for this.

    in the style config property of the textarea do the following:

    var taComment = new Ext.form.TextArea(
    {
    id:'taComment',
    renderTo: 'dtaComment',
    height:150,
    width:250,
    style:{overflow:'auto'}
    }
    );
