ExtJS & Flash - problem with ext window

Hi,

I have a page, containing flash as main content.

Also I have a link "Help". This link opens extjs window with content. The same mechanism is used on all pages of portal. The only difference is flash.

On IE6 I don't see bottom border of window (look for bottom-border.jsp attachment).

On FF3 I don't see window almost at all.

Is it know issue? Possible to fix?

Actually, I care of IE6, because it's corporative browser.
