    Default Answered: Cannot login to Inspector?

    Does anyone still use this product? Recently I started it to take a look at something in Inspector and I was presented with a login requiring my Sencha account information. I'm using the same login I use for the forums/Sencha support portal. However No matter what I put I just get the following error message returned. I have my firewall disabled and have the latest version installed.

    "No data received. Please check your internet connection and try again."

    Is it just something on my machine I haven't figured out yet, or can we add Inspector to the list of product we are paying for, but cannot use because they are basically broken?

    I would also like to check hierarchy of the views, but sadly Yes, cannot login, No matter what....

    Seems that nobody is there to fix the problems, or lack of people?!

    It has really been 3 years, huh

    I've the same problem...I disabled my firewall but the message is "No data received. Please check your internet connection and try again"

    Hello,

    I have addressed this problem to SenchaSupport,
    and they helped me with other version without login needed.

    Try through support and it will be working.
