We're looking to hire an ExtJS developer but aren't really having any luck. Senchadevs.com seems to be broken.
Any ideas on places to find good devs?

Why would you want to hire ExtJS dev? It's a pretty much dead framework.
Just because you are looking for one as well, doesn't mean it's alive and well.
Since IDERA laid off all core developers in September 2017, there was very little development.
Anyway, good luck trying to find anyone interested in the framework.

Wow, bringing out an article from 2017! The fact that we continue to upgrade major versions since then is enough, but... So much in that article is just not true. For example, it states that with 5.0 they stopped selling single-seat licenses. I know first hand that is a false statement. We bought and renewed a single seat Enterprise license since after 5.0.
We just upgraded said license to a 5-seat last week to add more staff.
If it is dead, why are you hear posting on the forums still? And do you really feel the need to tell others that their decisions are not correct based on an article that Jay wrote three years ago? Would seem that timeframe alone would make your point mute.
Most of the new features they released were made by previous developers and there were relatively few bug fixes since then. It takes even longer for them to release even minor versions, they come with a lot less changes than before and quite a few new bugs.
Those who already had single-seat license, could renew it. New customers, could not do that. Anything else, which you think is not accurate? So much in that article is just not true.
