Thread: Sencha deleting forum threads!?

    Default Sencha deleting forum threads!?

Wow, now this beats them all on this forum.

There was a post around here about 'forum search not working', which just disappeared from the forum. I assume it was manually removed or something similar.
People are getting nervous that things are not working anymore and they search for help. Still, deleting threads that are practically useful( it contained the workaround for the forum search) is not quite good.

    Any comments regarding this?

I have a somewhat similar problem. Created two bug threads on the lastest version and they do not show up even tho I provided enough to reproduce them. If for some reason they got rejected I'd like to know why (through PM or mail or anything). I'm worried that these issues are not getting addressed even tho they are rather critical..

Yes, but deleting threads just like that. They contain sometimes solutions, its not like we're trolling around here.

Then maybe you should just disallow posting new threads here and put a big banner saying that everyone should post questions on SO and only submit bug reports to support portal if they have support subscription.
