Default Stopping a running archive server from the command line

I am able to start a new instance of the Sencha Test Archive Server by doing:
    start stc server

However I do not see a way to give this server a command to shut itself down in a graceful fashion.
What is the correct way to do this from the (Windows) command line?

We are on Sencha Test v 2.3.0.328

The STC process is started by running "stc server" from the Command Prompt window. In order to stop it on Windows you would just do Ctrl + C in the Command Prompt window. On a server this process is normally left in a running state.
