I'm running into an issue where a component in a toolbar is not updating as expected when it's in the overflow menu. I did some searching and found other reports of a similar issue as early as ExtJS 5.x recreated in a fiddle: https://fiddle.sencha.com/#view/editor&fiddle/1nc7

It looks like the issue is partially resolved, but in some cases still persists, like if the initial width is narrow enough that the toolbar hides the component rather than allows it to be seen. Wondering if anyone has a lead on a workaround for this behavior, or can at least provide a lead on how to access the cloned component somewhat easily.
