Sencha Architect 3.X login error (re-install)

Hello
I have Sencha id.
But when I tried to log in for a re-installation of architect 3.2,
The message 'you provided incorrect login details' is printed.
My Sencha id is sunghuni.

There is 301 error (page moved permanently) while login process goes on.
I guess when page is redirected to new page, login information is missing.

i have the same issue with Architect 3.5.1. Is it possible to move the validated license from previous installation?

Unfortunatelly no If I try to reinstall on the same computer, I can copy license file into AppData, but cannot activate it on a new environment.

have anybody resolved??,
I just reinstalled windows and when trying to install the architect, in the login it say the same message 'you provided incorrect login details'
And i just reset my password, I can login to the forum but not to the app.

Activation Code
Product desired
We can then provide an offline license file that SHOULD bypass the error
