Starting the Designer

I've downloaded the trial for Architect a couple of times but it never seems to include the architect. I've spent about half-an-hour right now trying to get the architect but all I can download is ExtJS. Is there no trial for the architect? And is it really only available in a 5x package?

If you choose "annual subscription", you can have single license.
