Can I Use from Sencha all the posibilities of NODE.JS?

I've compiled the example that it is in the documents of the new version of ExtJs. But, i cannot use none of the Packages of NODE.JS. Can i do it?? How? Also, can i continue working with Architect using ExtGen? This is the last, if i make any modification of the source code after first compilation, how can i recompile to view the changes? Or just for make a DEBUG of my code.
