    Default Workflow (flowchart/process) designer component

    Hello All,

we are looking for to build a workflow designer component.

I want to check if there is something as a starting point, there are some javascript workflow builder available which are not extjs based, but we would love to stay with extjs.

Is there something were we can start with? Any tips which components we should look into.

Especially the drag & drop of elements and the connecting of those components by connectors.

Or would you say to stick like with another library like https://www.draw.io/

Happy about every opinion out there.

Funny, looking for exact the same thing. Two years ago, we programmed a layer on top of https://github.com/jgraph/mxgraph, to include the bpmn stuff like swimlanes and other nice things. It's really feature rich and complete, connecting it to an Ext.Container was not a hard thing, but now we're searching for something a bit simpler and evaluating https://github.com/bpmn-io/diagram-js at the moment, which also has a nice BPMN "addon". Hope that helps.

@aicgroup-de Appreciate your input. I will definitely have a look. I had the same first impression of mxgraph.
