Tabbar scroll with arrows

Hey together,
I have a tabbar with many tabs.

In earlier Versions two arrows showed up if there have been more tabs when could been shown.
How do I get them back?
Adding scrollable to my tabbar is not helping, because I want to have the arrows and not a scrollbar.

Can you provide more info on your issue? For me on 7.0 build 156 it works without any special configuration setting.
