Weird download list in support site.

I just checked the support site and I saw that the Ext JS 5.0 is shown as the current version and Ext JS 7.x and 6.x are listed as past versions!

There is a bug in our system for customer queries that isn't showing up during testing. We will get this fixed right away.

I can't replicate this issue with our test accounts. Would you be willing to send me your support portal email so I can test the account query for your account?

My apologies for any frustration, we are working on the problem(we have had some turnover with COVID, and this has obviously not been fixed yet). Your support subscription is active, and you should feel free to download from the past versions even though the "main button" shows version 5.
