Next couple weeks, as long as all the builds and coordination goes as planned. So soon. Things can slip, but it should be soon.

Yep, will also repeat what Wemerson said, targeted in couple weeks, before end of the month with GPL mid-October. My experience with releases, anything can happen at any time to delay it but that's the latest timeframe.
