looks like more DNS issues. https://www.sencha.com/forum/ works but http://sencha.com/forum/ does not
They should make just plain sencha.com should work over http or https, but I don't understand why they just don't make the link www.sencha.com domain then. All the top level navigation uses this. There can be much value in consistency...
I've forwarded this to Sencha and they put in a request to their IT to get this resolved again.
