sencha app watch throwing error right after starting

Below is what is happening as soon as I send the command sencha app watch it goes as expected with the build process, comes to waiting for changes and concluded with Fashion waiting for changes... Right after that the error is thrown.

I am running on an AWS remote instance, Windows 10, Ext JS 6.5 with CMD 6.5.

Funny part is when doing sencha app build whether production or development both builds complete successfully. The problem is annoying because when adding new components, models, stores I have to now build the project again before I can test any changes made.

Any ideas what is happening here?

This has been resolved.

The issue was in the path variables. A path was set for all versions of Sencha Cmd, such as

C:\Users\username\bin\Sencha\Cmd\6.5.2.15;C:\Users\username\bin\Sencha\Cmd\6.6.0.13;

The path for Sencha Cmd should be

C:\Users\username\bin\Sencha\Cmd

With the correct path setting sencha switch --list correctly returns the list of installed versions of Sencha Cmd
