Sencha CMD: how to download the non JRE version of CMD

Sencha Cmd comes in two types - a JRE version and non-JRE version. If you need the non-JRE version, you can download the latest and previous versions from the support portal under Downloads, or the latest version can be obtained directly from here: https://www.sencha.com/products/extjs/cmd-download/
