JetBrains IDE Plugin Activation: Error "Invalid Sencha Forum ID or password"

Hello All,

Currently we have an error message when logging into JetBrains of "Invalid Sencha Forum ID or password" This error is misleading, because the Forums ID and the Password are quite possibly correct. This error can be bypassed using an offline license file. In order to get an offline file, simply open a support ticket with the following information

1. Forums ID (or email)
2. MAC Address (for the computer to which you plan to use JetBrains)
3. License Activation Code (40 digit code sent with your purchase)
