Not able to override onTouchEnd method of Ext.event.publisher.Gesture class

I want to override onTouchEnd method of Ext.event.publisher.Gesture class. But unfortunately I am unable to override any method of this class. I have created one fiddle with onReady method of Ext.event.publisher.Gesture. Even that is not working
