[6.7.0 classic] Charts' SVG engine fails hiding labels from charts
If the conditions below are met:
- Cartesian Chart
- Use SVG Engine engine: 'Ext.draw.engine.Svg'
- Have more than one data field displayed in a series
- Enable legends (to allow hiding data when clicking the legend entry)
- Enable data field's labels in the series
When hiding the data with label, the corresponding bar is hid but the labels are kept. They are redrawn correctly when the data is displayed back.
Switching back to the default Canvas engine fixes the issue.
This is broken at least on Ext JS 6.7.0 and 6.6.0 (other versions not tested).
The fiddle below highlights the issue placing two charts next to each other; one using the SVG engine and the other using the Canvas engine, so the issue is easy to be seen:
EDIT: This issue is probably related (but not really the same) to this ExtJS 5 issue: Sencha Charts Text-Sprites Inconsistent behavior between Canvas & SVG
