    Default Answered: Grid Column Maximum Resizable Width

    Hi all. When I try to resize my grid's column width by mouse, it looks like it does not allow to set width more than 1000px. When I use setWidth method of the column, it sets width correctly. Any way to achieve tthis?

  2. The resizing of grid columns is managed by Ext.grid.plugin.HeaderResizer grid plugin. As you can see from the code, there is a maxColWidth config with the value of 1000. You can create an override and set this config to a greater value:

    Code:
        Ext.define(null, {
                override: 'Ext.grid.plugin.HeaderResizer',
                maxColWidth: 4000
        });
