Hello, I want to try Sencha Architect in free trial. I installed it. I write my email at SA and push "Start Trial" but I get an error "invalid_trial_full: A trial license could not be generated, must reactivate license". Why does it happends?

i have exactly the same problem
I'm helping track down why the system is causing you a problem. Could you send me an email that you're using to access the trial? I did some tests on the system today and I wasn't seeing the issue show up so I have to dig in with something more specific.
