Create missing VM or VC is not working

Hi all,
In one of my projects I've created a fieldset view container which goes at the same leve of other views.
At the beginning of my project I needed to avoid the viewcontroller and so I deleted it temporarily.

But now trying to add an event listener for a textfield I need to add back again the viewcontroller for my view (fieldset view).

I then clicked on the 'Create missing VM or VC' in order to recreate my viewcontroller. (see my attached screenshot )

Result : nothing happens, no viewcontroller has created and no message showing what happened.

PS. It seems also there is no possibility to add the viewcontroller only from the Toolbox panel in Architect.

This still hasn't been fixed and its been over two years. I don't think Sencha/Idera pay much attention to these forums any more.
