Grid blank after paging/refreshing (w/ Fiddle)

Noticed a problem that occurs when you scroll to the bottom of a grid, and then either refresh or page.

The grid appears blank, but if you scroll the grid or use your scrollwheel then the records show up.

Is this a known issue, or have a known workaround?

Version: 6.5.2 (looking like it's happening in 6.6 too)

Must be a regression introduced in 6.5.0. It works fine in 6.2.1 and the issue appears in 6.5.0.
