I have reproduced the problem in this fiddle that models the structure of my code: https://fiddle.sencha.com/#fiddle/2g13&view/editor

The structure is multiple fixed height grid panels whose data is unselectable. The user needs to be able to scroll down through the different grids.

The problem is that in a mobile browser, when the user attempts to scroll using their finger, if their finger is on top of the grids, the scroll event does not seem to get propagated to the parent panel so that the whole thing scrolls. As such you need to open that fiddle in a mobile browser to see the problem. You'll note that I have set scrollable to false in each of the grids.

Any ideas? This seems like a bug.

I'm using Extjs 6.0.1 modern.
