ExtReact Fiddler Throws Error Running Default Sample Code

Repro:

1. Open or refresh the ExtReact Fiddle page
2. Do not change any default selections or the default code
3. Run the code
4. The Panel component nor "Hello World!" message are displayed and the browser's developer tools relays the error "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier" (Chrome 65 Dev Tools)
