Ext.ux is undefined

Folks,

I am trying to run locally heterogeneous tree sample and got a failure in executing data.js which I copied from the example:
Ext.ux.ajax.SimManager.register

I see ajax property of undefined, most likely I need to install "ux" extensions. Please suggest which npm package I need to install.
