Default Answered: FontAwesome character encoding in Production

Hopefully this gets through with all the recent spam on this forum.

I'm manually adding the font awesome unicode value to the html column text ex.

HTML Code:
<Column text='' />
This works fine in development. But when sencha cmd compiles for production it's altering this value into some other strange character.

HTML Code:
text:""

Is there a setting in ExtReactWebpackPlugin we can set to fix this?

2. Actually. It seems that If I just encapsulate the string in an expression then it resolves the issue:

HTML Code:
<Column text={''} />

Actually, I spoke too soon. This method solves the issue in the grid but breaks the column display checkmark contextmenu value.

So I'm back to needing the setting that is breaking the encoding when building for production.

So it seems I can't "un-answer" my question as my answer is more of a partial work around. I really need to fix the encoding issue that is stepping from the "uglify" process I believe of sencha-cmd

How about this workaround? Use the css class instead of the entity literal?
