Extjs - How to get the item from the list you are viewing

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to get the element of the list that it's current in the view in ExtJS. For example, if I do scroll from the list and then stop in the middle, I want to know the element wich it's displaying, without click inside the element list. Is it possible ??
