    I haven't heard of this. Do you see it using the sample application from the doc page?
    http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/6.5.0/m....ComboBox.html

    Is this an iPad 4? Do you know which OS?

    Good day, Gary. Much appreciate for your help.
    It appeared when I change

    variable: $form-field-height

    in var... Base.scss

    For now I can't tell what OS. I will look it tomorrow.
    PS. If I don't override $form-field-height all looks fine.

    I checked on all themes.

    Thank you Gary ones again.

    To what value are you setting the form-field-height?

    I set 15px; .
    Also I check version: IOS 10.3.2 and Same issue reproduce on OS Sierra 10.12.4. (Safari 10.1)

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create theme extends from crisp theme.
    2. Override $form-field-height:15px in var/form/field/Base.scss
    3.Create panel with combo in toolbar;
    4. Set empty text for combo.

    That's strange @noOnesThere89, the "clearable" icon shouldn't be there in the combobox when it has a non-empty value (i.e. with just a "placeholder" value it should be hidden)? Maybe you've overridden it too hard

    BTW Gary ... The Modern Combobox example in the 6.5 docs has "fieldLabel" instead or "label" .. see fiddle

    code for comboboxes:
    PHP Code:
    {

    xtype'combo',

    listeners: {

    'change''changeDefaultValue'

    },

    fieldLabel'Default:',

    emptyText'Select...',

    labelAlign'left',

    valueMyApp.Runtime.getDefaultValueId(),

    editabletrue,

    width300,

    indenttrue,

    storemyStore,

    displayField'title',

    valueField'componentId',

    triggers: {

    foo: {

    clsExt.baseCSSPrefix 'form-clear-trigger',

    weight1,

    handler: function (combo) {

    combo.clearValue();
                            }
                        }
                    }
                }

    Yeah .. I dunno.

    OK I see how you're doing the Clear Icon .. You don't have to do that in Ext 6.5 it's (the clear icon) built into the component

    in the Ext 6.5. API documentation for Modern...

    * the xtypes for Modern are stated as "combobox' & 'comboboxfield' ... not "combo"
    * and the "label" is not "fieldLabel" but just "label"
    * and "emptyText" is "placeholder" not "emptyText"
    * and to get the "X" icon, you need to set "clearable: true"

    .. so I don't how you are even getting that to show on your screen ??
    when I set that up in fiddle it fails

    or ... are you using the Classic toolkit ??

    I see error in your fiddle (for Classic Toolkit): TypeError: Ext.Viewport.add is not a function .
