Build Error On mac Sierra 10.12.2

My build failed after updating to mac Sierra 10.12.2 , i am using CMD version v6.0.2.14 and extjs 5.1 this was working before but after updating IOS its stopped working

I believe upgrading to the latest version of Cmd should work.

I tried that already its not working i downloaded latest phantomjs and added but still its not working
