Thread: Button missing setText method

    Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for EXTJS-23114 in Backlog.

    Question Button missing setText method

    Did Sencha purposefully remove the setText method on the Ext.button.Button class? The textchange event still references the method but when you click on the hyperlink it doesn't take you anywhere.

    Also, FYI for Sencha people I tried to submit this as a bug in the support portal but the create ticket window doesn't seem to be working right now.

    Yes, it seems like it should be in the docs. I'm going to move this thread to the Bugs forum to get this looked at.

    Sorry to hear that you had trouble with the Support portal. I'm checking into that issue to ensure that it isn't still happening.
