Default How to display a name and image in gridcolumn with resizing so image is always shown?

I have inserted an image into a gridcolumn, however, it will get cutoff when the text gets cut off. I would like to cutoff only the text and keep the image so the image is always viewable.

I am going for something very similar to google drive's sharing symbol but can't quite get it. Like this:

I don't know of a way to do that with configs. The image will always be considered as part of the cell data which is truncated with ellipses when larger than the cell. Not ideal, but perhaps the images could be in their own column?
