Default Issue with applying opacity to BarChart through renderer

    ExtJS version affected:
    6.x

    Description:
Applying opacity through renderer function of barchart doesn't work as expected when applying opacity for the first time.

Steps to reproduce the issue is written in this fiddle.
    https://fiddle.sencha.com/#fiddle/1gek

It seems like applying opacity value which is less than 1 overrules other sprites with opacity value 1.
But this happens only after chart gets drawn first time.

A work-around is to set the initial opacity value for the chart to 0 (or something less than 1).
