Sencha animator Login Server Error

I cant login into Sencha animator. Once i try to connect tt returns error message as :
"Sorry, a server error occured. Try again or contact us."

Hi Team
I am also not able to login into my account as well. Earlier I was using it in Windows system, which was working perfectly fine but now I've started using a Mac and I am unable to start Sencha Animator in it. Please help asap as I need to deliver the campaigns and I am stuck.

looking into a way of bypassing this screen. I think its because the product isn't available anymore
