Thread: Support site not working for me?

    Question Support site not working for me?

    When I log in to the support site, I get a basically blank screen.
    Next to my name in the upper right, it says, "0 Subscriptions Expired"
    I do not see any of my older tickets.
    When I try to enter a ticket, the Subscription combobox is empty.
    The buttons on the download page all take me to the various "Try it for free" pages.

    Has our support license expired?

    Sounds like something is amiss either way. I'll reach out to our Sales team to see what might be happening.
