Upgrade pro to premium

Hi,

i hold a license since 2009 and ask my distributor how much it will cost to update the current pro license to premium.

I got the answer that i must buy new premium licenses (minimal 5 pieces) and get an 20% discount since end of june.

Is this really so? I must buy 5 new licenses to update my current license (one developer) for a switch from pro to premium?

I can't believe that...

My understanding is that single licenses are upgradeable so that one doesn't need to buy 5 licenses to renew. I would be surprised if that was different when upgrading from one package to another. This is a question best directed to our Sales team. I'll reach out to them to see what can be done.

yes, i received the mail and talks with the german support. Thank you for trying to solve my problems!
Unfortunately there is no way for a switch pro to premium (old single license)
other than to buy new licenses (min 5 Pieces).

This is really disappointing!
