    Default Ext.toast showAnimation properties not applied

    There is a bug in the Toast component, the showAnimation is never used (Sencha Touch 2.4.2).

    Here is the test case :

    The Toast message should appear with a popIn effect by default.

    The problem comes from :

    else if (animation === undefined || (animation && animation.isComponent)) {
          animation = this.getShowAnimation();

    The "animation" var is referencing the Toast object config, and then it's never used to retrieve animation.

    My temporary solution was to add "isComponent: true" to the Toast config :

    Good luck!

    it's been more than 2 year since the BUG report and this is still affecting Ext Modern 6.x.x. Great Job.

    At least remote the option from the docs since it's not really usable/effective
