Firefox (now) ignores autocomplete for password fields - is left up to the user to decide, not the webpage

the 'bug' was that it stopped the Firefox password manager from working on some sites - it is up to the user to enable/disable the password manager for a particular site (not the site by using the autocomplete flag)
