Install license file offline

Hi,

I've to run SA 3.5.0 b203 on a PC that can't access to internet (I'm in a very secured environment).

I received a "user.license" file that I copied under
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Sencha\Sencha Architect 3.5

Despite this SA opens the Licence Agreement screen that fails because it is unable to connect to the internet.

What have I done wrong?
