moving old ext app into a new workspace

I have a handful of ext apps that were created separately in their own workspaces. We want to create a new master workspace to contain all our apps.

Creating the new workspace, package, and a new app is easy and done with Sencha cmd. My question is what's the best way to get the current apps and packages into my new workspace? just copying everything at once breaks. And I haven't been able to find a fix in the configs.

Are you upgrading the Ext JS version(s) as well or simply consolidating your apps in a workspace? Which version of Cmd and Ext JS are we talking about?

not upgrading, simply consolidating. Versions ext JS: 5.1 Cmd: 5.1.1.39
