IE errors loading ttf fonts -common?

Hey folks,

doing a demo for work - in an attempt to get acceptance of the Sencha platform. One of the issues I'm running into is the @font-face error. I'm trying to host via azure websites. I've tried adding a

<mimeMap fileExtension=".ttf" mimeType="application/octet-stream" /> entry to my staticContent section under system.webServer.

I'm thinking this isn't an ExtJs issue per say, but figured there must be folks that have solved this in IIS or asp.net. (fyi azure websites - no direct access to IIS)

This has to do with the ttf files not being marked as embeddable. Why does Ext use ttf anyway?

We created a workaround by loading the fonts directly from Google instead of using the ones shipped with ExtJS. This way, we're not stuck with Arial, but the errors are still there, of course

As Jabe already said, you (Sencha) should really use WOFF files instead of TTF.
