FileField text disappears on FF 40.0.2

Browser versions tested against:

• Firefox 40.0.2
• Works in Chrome & IE

DOCTYPE tested against:

• Strict

Description:

• File field button text disappears on clicking the filefield's textbox

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• click on the textbox of file field. Observe text disappear.

The result that was expected:

• Button text staying in place

The result that occurs instead:

• button text "goes away". Looks like it jumps up about 50 px and is indexed behind a few other things.
