Exclamation Kitchensink doesn't work properly with the Google-Chrome Simulator for Samsung device

    Touch version tested:
    • Touch 2.4.1
Browser versions or Packager version tested against:
    • Version 44.0.2403.107 Chrome
    Description:
    • Overlays are not closed when used Chrome with the simulator for Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Note 2 or Samasung Galaxy Note 3.
    Steps to reproduce the problem:
    • open a blank Chrome tap
    • open the development console
    • enable the device simulator
    • choose Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or Samsung Galaxy Note 3
    • load following 'Kitchensink'-Url
    • https://cdn.sencha.com/touch/sencha-...ink/index.html
    • In Kitchsink App: 'User Interfaces' -> 'Overlays' -> 'Action Sheet' -> 'Cancel'
    The result that was expected:
    • the 'Action Sheet' should be closed
    The result that occurs instead:
    • the 'Action Sheet' is still visible
The same Error occure with 'Overlay', 'Alert', 'Promt' and some other overlays.
With the Sencha Touch 2.4.2 (https://cdn.sencha.com/touch/sencha-...ink/index.html) are the same problems.

Note: The Samsung Galaxy S4 Simulator works fine with Kitchensink for ST 2.4.1 and ST 2.4.2.

We don't support the simulators, only the real devices. Does this work on real devices?

    Hello Mitchell.

My fear is that an error behavior in the simulator is an error on real devices in the near future. The same problem was there with 'blank screen' problem on Android devices:

    https://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?301603-x-translatable-CSS-class

This resulted in the following announcement:

    https://www.sencha.com/forum/announcement.php?f=92&a=58

Here you could see the error in the simulator readjust, but only much later the error on real devices occurred. After an update to the Android Webview.

However, the announcement is strangely no longer available.

I do not know if it's a problem of the simulator. It seems to be because that 'destroy' event is not triggered.

Similar problem exists currently with Sencha Touch and some Android HTC and Wiko devices in the lower price category.

The statement, the Sencha Touch is not supported simulators surprising. How should I develop and test the software, if I should not use the simulator?

I would as a premium member very pleased with a little hint or an idea of ??you how I can fix it.
