30 day Trial expired on my fist day?

Hello!

Hello, i installed the full sencha trial package, I registered today on sencha forum, got my id, started sencha architect, leogged in with forum id and password and, SURPRISE! The message reads: Your 30 day trial has expired!

How can i even test it?

If you've ever evaluated Architect before it might be remembering. In any case, I would enquire via our contact form:
https://www.sencha.com/company/contact/

They should be able to issue you a new trial license.

This is the first time taht aI installed Sencha Architect on Linux and it says that the trial has expired.

I'm user of Linux OS and I couldn't access my SA because every time I try to, I get into the login screen; then I put my ID and password (that are bound to one of my licences already active) and SA gets hung up, see attached image.
Or in another situation I receive one screen telling me that my trial time expired, but the ID informed is one that is bound to my active licence, and if I try to click in "Activate" button nothing happens.
One curious thing is that this is happening in my Linux machine, because my co-worker installed SA in a macbook and with the same ID working perfectly. I've already tried to install SA in several Linux machines with different OS (Ubuntu 16.04 or Mint 18 - based in Ubuntu 16.04) with the same bad results. In the past, this was not an issue, as I already used SA in this very same machine.
Please someone can help me.
