get xap for windows 8

How can i obtain *.xap file for windows 8?
I followed the guide http://docs.sencha.com/cmd/5.x/cordova_phonegap.html to build my application. But I don't know how i can obtain *.xap file for whindows phone. Do I edit app.json tag "builds"? What are the commands to generate xap? I work in windows 8 machine, cordova 4.3.0 and SenchaCmd 5.1.2.52, i've installed all necessary (ruby,java 8,visual studio 2013).
What are the exact steps of the build?

Do you have 'wp8' configured in your platforms config?

Ok i solved. I added in my app.json this

    "builds": {        "wp8": {
                 "packager": "cordova",
                 "cordova": {
                    "config": {
                       "platforms": "wp8",
                       "name": "myapp",
                       "id": "it.mycompany.myproj"
                    }
                 }
              }
    }

Then cd into project folder , I launched "sencha app build wp8". At the end Xap packaging completed succesfully. It created folder cordova/platforms/wp8/Bin
