Duplicate in another project

In SA we can duplicate objects by right clicking them and select "Duplicate".

Is there any simple way to duplicate an object in another project ?

I have a form that I would like to "replicate" in another project in order to just apply a few changes without having to rewrite it from scratch.

Easiest way would be to save to toolbox in one project, open the other project and drag it out from the toolbox.
