App showing too large on iPad

Hi,

Our current app is currently targeted at phones and not tablets but some people are installing it on their iPads. The problem is that the app screen does not scale correctly for the iPad screen. All they see is the top left portion of the main form.

I have set EnableViewportScale to true and added a meta viewport tag to set width to device width.
Also, the app is set to only run in portrait mode.

How can I get this to display correctly?

Currently running Touch 2.3.0, Cordova 3.6.4, iPad 2 running iOS 8.2.
